Im so disappointed I missed nov 16th show of diners driveins and dives .Attleboro,ma is my hometown, will it air again??

gah! where is the recipe for the house-smoked bacon ? I watched the episode hoping to see that - the guy from attleboro is a pissa, borrowing from local culcha - but I really wanted to see the bacon again. Wasn't it toasted fennel, salt, pepper, wrapped in plastic for 15 days, then slow-smoked over hickory ?? Help? Loved when he showed up as Guy. That was awesome. wicked.
