What happened to Zydeco's the restaurant mentioned in the episode description? Would of liked to see that.

Yes, exactly. We wondered about that too. Definitely Zydeco's in the description, but it was the Jimtown Store's recipe listed with this episode and in several newspaper articles. Not sure what the snafu was??? But we're SURE that Indy's Zydeco's will be featured in one of the early episodes of the 12th season, premiering in May. :)

I hope it will still air. The Food Network as well as TV Guide had it listed with them to be on last night. Hope it is just a mix up and they were not cut completely. I know the owners of Zydeco's, and they have been excited about this for months.
