The Milwaukee eatery visited by Guy Fieri in this episode is the Comet Cafe, home of the bacon-wrapped meatloaf & AJ's Compact Turkey Dinner.

Haha! I just finished watching the episodes, with a note to update the Milwaukee place, rotated a couple loads of laundry, and here I see it's already been updated! (in the comments section)

Magnolia, thanks so much! I'll get that the Comet Cafe in right away.

This is my lucky day. The 3 D's is my favorite show on food network. so, I added you to my favorites, it's so much easier than the way I was trying to keep track. :)

Safe Travels,
Chris

Is there any way to possibly get a few thoughts on the cooking time and prep for the bacon meatloaf? I would love to try it at home. Home being Iowa in my case. =) I am not very concerned with ingredients as I understand cooking secrets. What I would like to know is cook time and how the bacon is wrapped around the meat safely. As a housewife, I like to ensure a well cooked product for my family and safety as that comes first in the kitchen. Thanks!
