When you enter Polka you have entered a family living room and kitchen in Warsaw. Katherine was sooo nice. Her whole family works there and every one was as nice as there mom. I could not say enough good things about Polka. When you arrive in the parking lot, you'll think--this little busy strip mall couldn't be the place... but that's the place. Find a place to park and bring a big appetite. This is food made with love.
